2008 Strategic Planning Meeting

TRI/MHIS board and staff at Strategic Planning Session

TRI/MHIS board and staff attended a strategic planning session held at the
S.F. Morse Visitor's Center on October 2008. TRI received a Management Assistance Program (MAP) mini-grant from the Dyson Foundation for Strategic Planning and Capacity Building. Audrey Grifel, Capacity Building Advisor, of the New York Council of Nonprofits, Inc. facilitated the strategic planning process. Tom Marone, President of TRI's Board of Directors, chaired the Strategic Planning Committee. Other members of the committee are Tom McCormack, Board Treasurer; Marilynn Vetrano, Board member; Cynthia Fiore, Executive Director; Joanne De Luca, Financial Director; Dianne Barkstrom, MHIS Director; and Patrick Muller, Program Director.
